Return Eligibility

- Original tags and packaging are intact.
- The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items

- Products damaged due to customer misuse.
- Products returned without original tags or packaging.
- Customized or special-edition items.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
Return Process

Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
